Dont ever get a quote, you'll be sorry

I got a quote from hippo medical aid . Vusi help me . The next day after the quote was given I was accepted on discovery ! I email Vusi and ask him to cancel the quote , but he did not do it . Jan and feb medshield deducted money . I have requested refund and received no money back R6060 is owed. Gap cover was taken off R384 as well for two months . Which was a quote as well . So I have try in vain to get my money back Vusi can’t get it done as I get no response from him since informing him that gap cover is also coming off. I am committed ***** as I am with discovery medical aid and there gap over. I clearly email him to cancel all the quotes . I had 7days I did my part I did not except it and I am the one sitting paying for service I did not want . Do I need to go to the police station to open a case of ***** with hippo ……. I have sent a message to customer service as Vusi does not answer my emails or return calls .
