Car Rental

I booked a car rental on a site which I found through Hippo.co.za. I cancelled my car rental within the prescribed time limit to be refunded the amount taken off my credit card. I then received a confirmation of my cancellation and that I will not be refunded as stipulated by their own terms and conditions. The company is an overseas based company called Rentalcars.com. I will now lose the money as they have no contact e-mail address.
