I did the online quote and the process was simple and fast. I then received a call from a gentleman that was very rude, he was explaining everything to me but I was not happy with the excess as it was around R11 000. When I told him this he kept telling me to not make assumptions which really annoyed me. Better telephone etiquette can be thought to your sales department.
