Annoying calls from Hippo.co.za!

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>For years I have been using Hippo.co.za to search and compare insurance quotes and I found it to be an exciting and useful tool until recently.</p> <p> </p> <p>Before I would get my quotes, select the one I'm happy and a consultant would contact me to complete the process. Recently however, I go to the site and before I can exit the page I would have received countless numbers of calls from consultants selling me products I didn’t even shop for. The main reason I choose to do things online is because I have anthropophobia. </p> <p> </p> <p>When these people call and I inform them that I don't take kindly to their actions they say I’m being rude and still have an audacity to call me back. One may argue that they are merely doing their job but this is clearly in violation of my rights.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t believe in telling people where to get off unnecessarily but I’m being pushed again the wall here and the next time I get an undesired phone call I might use words I may later regret.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks,</p> <p>Dumisani </p>
