A HIPPO with attitude

<p>I reqested an online comparative quote from Hippo. On their site one can choose whether you want an estimation or an accurate quote. I chose the "accurate" quote. I completed all required fields correctly. However, when the comparartive quotes came back, my date of birth was wrong as well as the place where the vehicle is parked during the night.</p> <p>I emailed them to inform them that their site was faulty.</p> <p>I also received a call from the call centre, I think the agent's name was Muhammed, offering me an accurate quote. I stated that his call just confirmed that their site is faulty, since I clicked the button to request accurate comparative quotes, why then would he call me. He adamantly stated that the site is not faulty, to which I pointed out the two other errors which occured. He asked if he could continue to give me a quote and I rep**** that I am not interested and that I will follow up myslef. The attitude in his repsonse was rude and abrupt. Not sorry that he couldnt be of service or that he will mention my complaint to anyone. Hippo's with attitudes need to be reported and dealt with.</p>
