What customer service?

We have become used to the great quality pet food Hills normally offer as we have been buying from them for the last couple of months. I bought a 12 kg bag of the medium puppy food and this batch looked and felt totally different. It was dry, hard and not the quality at all that we have come to expect.

So I wrote them a message on their website and also on instagram to bring it to their attention and all I get from their side is complete silence.

Really disappointed with this, no use in having a good product, but terrible customer service.
