Hills support and reachout

I recently had a issue with Hills cat food and landed up with SR Harrington at their customer care she went out of her way in assisting me and advising what to do in future should the need arrise again. Being involved in animal rescue there is always the need for food and she prommised to assit there aswell. In our changing times where humanity and kindnes are deminishing your goodwill are appreciated.
