HILLS DOG FOOD COMPANY SUCKS

HILLS TRIBBLE QUALITY FOOD AND WORSE SERVICE I've been buying Hills dog food for my dogs for many years now with peace of mind im buying my little kids the best. Halfway through the last 12.5KG bag that expires in 2023 I find the food moldy and when complained about it the response is that they will give us 5kg back in total BECAUSE WE HAVE A BALANCE OF 4.5KG IN THE BAG. Is this the care you show towards the customers that have supported you all this time? Is this the care you show when it comes to your loved ones?

I understand that sometimes things go wrong and you drop the ball on your 110% quality but do we really need to be punished for your mistakes?
