Hills Bad Food & Bad Service

We buy Hills food for our dogs to make sure they receive the best nutrition. Even though it is really expensive, we don't mind because we value our pets' health. However, on two occasions the dog food contained rotting mouldy pellets. I reported it to the vet where we bought the food both times. The vet advised the Hills rep and the excuse was that the food bags are made with tiny holes at the bottom for aeration, so if its kept on the floor it could get water in it. The vet gave the hills rep our contact details and said she will call but she didn't. I sent a query to Hills on their website but received no response. Clearly, there has been no accountability nor any care shown.
