Traded in a RAV 4 for a FJ Cruiser 8 momths ago and am still payng for Tracker on old car

<p>After discovering this week that I am still paying the premium for a tracker on the old car, I contacted Angela Willis and Francois Houbert the latter who promissed to cancel the RAV tracker and initiate the FJ tracker. He did the latter only - sold a new tracker obviously for commission and never followed up on cancellation of old tracker in the RAV. Angela emailed me not taking any responsibility and that it was my problem. I do not rcommemd using this dealership at all as they are only interested when you have something to offer them but when there is a problem they run away like a abunch of ***ards, they all habe no integrity and do not deserve any new business - Be warned Stay far away from this crowd.</p>
