Simply the best.

The service at Toyota SMG Hillcrest, going on my experience, cannot be improved on. Simply because it is excellent. Superlative is the word that comes to mind.

I am a “long distance” customer from Cape Town and a “petrol head” who is extraordinarily focused on vehicle details.

The deal involved long range questions, pictures, videos, questions, more questions, answers, more questions and so on.

Then I flew up to inspect the vehicle, was fetched and dropped at the airport, and extended every courtesy while at the dealership. Outstanding.

A huge shout out to Mr Wiseman Jundase who was the “on point” sales executive. He deserves recognition by the company of some sort for sure.

Also to Mr Jonathan Rudd, sales manager, who supported Mr Wiseman all the way and came out to introduce himself while I was there.

Again, an outstanding effort.

My car is on the hauler on the way to Cape Town and I am being kept up to date.

My first experience with Toyota, and certainly the best in a long line of car purchases.
