I sent my Toyota Prado in for an inspection before I go on holiday and behold there was an accident in their workshop and damaged the door and fender. I was spitting fire as I was leaving for Cape Town on the 25th. I met Sharm Ramdhin who referred me to Angela Willis sales manager at Hillcrest. I must say as promised she will make sure I have a replacement vehicle and she did. I had a new Toyota Prado for my trip while they fixed my vehicle, new door and fender fitted and when I got back from my holiday my vehicle was sorted. I would give Angela and team a 10 star rating if it was possible. The service and ever willing to help people at this dealership is remarkable.
