Having purchased a vehicle from another reputable dealership and experiencing terrible service walking into Toyota Hillcrest is a walk in the park.

New Cars Salesmen Darren De Kock, has been an absolute champ from the get go!! Always on the ball, always giving us constant updates even after purchasing our brand new Toyota Fortuner he still kept checking up on us, if everything was in order, any issues etc. Most Dealerships have pathetic after sales/service but Darren, I have no words!

List of faults given to him after a week of purchasing the car, a visit to the dealership and Darren got the Head Tech from the workshop to go for a drive in the vehicle to confirm faults. Vehicle booked in. Courtesy car given and repairs were done and vehicle returned to us sooner than the date given.

I have to highly recommend Darren to any one looking to not only purchase a new car but also experience his excellent service ! You will thank me later!
