Hyundai Hillcrest, Hyundai Pinetown

We purchased two vehicles from them in August 2020 my mother in law purchased a brand new grand i 10 motion from the floor she complained about a sound in the engine from the time she sat in the driver's seat she was brushed off with a story of it's common in the three cylinder. Month after driving the car off the floor the engine blew they refused to change the car and just said it's factory fault and warranty will cover , they replaced the engine which she has to put oil all the time at the garage as well as the gear box rattles when you start the car with frustration she decided to carry on driving the car. We purchased a 2020 I 20 off the floor same time as her two weeks ago the engine over heated and blew with no warning our car is currently at Hyundai Pinetown no one calls to up date the status of the vehicle we have been calling never getting threw the first and last time I spoke to our service provider he said engine will be changed. Maybe we the unlucky family or Hyundai is just no good and unprofessional .
