I've come to a realization that you guys are making us clowns by constantly over promising and under delivering, I understand that there are regulations that make it hard for you guys to operate properly more especially during this period, but the dishonesty that we have been subjected to has been torture.

I believe in good honest service and that's what I give at my place of employment hence I take this very seriously and have zero tolerance for it.

Also, as you guys are working with people communication is the best that you guys can do and not just communicating for the sake of telling me what I want to hear but actually living up to your word.

At the end of the day we both benefit from this, so it shouldn't be as if y'all are doing me /us favors during this pandemic.

I just hope the service improves, cause I honestly don't want anyone to ever go through everything I have been.
