Hillcrest Hyundai- Empty promises and false hopes!

I purchased a Toyota Yaris from Hillcrest Hyundai. I never went to the dealership as I live in Empangeni. I had however visited Hyundai pinetown and when I did not take the deal with them I was approached by Hillcrest Hyundai offering me a Toyota Yaris and a polo, i opted for the Yaris. I was promised a whole lot of things by the sales guy, Shafee, peace of mind firstly because I was not in Durban to have a look at the physical vehicle, i also enquired about the tracking device on the vehicle, i was told it comes with one, i asked about smash and grab, i was told its already fitted. I told Shafee that my budget is R2900, i can't go higher than that, i was told that the installments worked out to just over R2900, but we will discuss it when I get to Durban. I was told that if I go through with the deal he will even throw in a full tank of petrol. I had a friend test drive the vehicle for me, he assured me it was a good buy. I then travelled down to Durban on the 13/02/2021 to pick up this vehicle, i was told to be at the dealership at 9am, i was only assisted at 10am by the finance manager. Checked out the car, car was looking good, noticed the empty tank, Shafee said don't worry, once everything is signed we will go to the garage. Sat down to go through the contract and the installments worked out to just over R3100, fist lie! Other dealerships were able to tell me my installments down to the last cent, but Hillcrest apparently could not! Now bear in mind, i just drove 2 hours to get to Durban to pick up this car. I was told by the finance manager, Revashen, don't stress about anything, you can bring down the installments by paying a little extra every month. The first installment for the car was supposed to go off my account on the 25th of March 2021, i was advised by the finance manager to make a payment in February so that the bank will contact me and ask me if I would like to decrease my installment or shorten the contract period of 72 months, i need to tell the bank to decrease my installment, i made the payment in February, the bank bad he contacted me, 2nd lie! I told Shafee that I need the licence and registration to be done by the dealership as I do not have the time to take off work and now go and sit at a licencing office to have the car registered, he said not a problem, he will sort out everything and have the plates and licence disc couriered to me. We then found that the service book was never stamped when the car went in for the first service, we were told we can take the book to any Toyota dealership and have it stamped, again another lie, because we contacted Toyota and they told us they cannot stamp the book cos the service was not done by their dealership, Shafee then said he will sort that out and have the book, the plates and the licence disc couriered to me. Signed the paperwork and took delivery of the car, get to the garage then Shafee says sorry but we only allowed to fill R150 petrol in the car, 3rd lie! Got to Empangeni, drove the car to work and back for a week, only to discover through cancelling my tracking device on my previous vehicle that the Yaris did not have a tracking device, 4th lie! I immediately sent Shafee a message and asked him what's going on? I was told before I took delivery of this vehicle that it has tracker, and now I find out that it doesn't! He said they removed the tracking device off the contract cos the installments were too high, really Now??? He offered to source a tracking service provider and I refused because I didn't want any more hiccups, which Shafee promised there wouldn't be before I had purchased the vehicle! On the very same day 19/02/2021 I asked him about my licence disc and plates, he said he had submitted everything and is waiting for feedback, once he has any information, he will get back to me, i never heard from him again. On the 02/03/2021 I sent him a message enquiring about my licence disc and plates, he sent me a filled out weighbill ticket showing me that the stuff is being couriered to me at 11:20am, i never got it. On the 05/03/2021 I tried to track my parcel, weighbill not found! I phoned the courier compnay to ask them why I could bot track my parcel with the weighbill number, the lady asked me to call out the weighbill number, she punched it into their system, weighbill not found! She tried every single way, asked me for the date, to repeat the weighbill number, asked me for the account number appearing on the weighbill, there was only one parcel destined for richardsbay and it was not mine. I immediately sent Shafee messages asking him what's going on? The courier company has no record of my parcel, the messages were read and he never responded. I phoned the dealership, shafee was all of a sudden unavailable for the entire day, and so was Revashen, a guy by the name of Andre, tried to assist and also tried to make me a stupid, i told him the whole story, i told him that I had contacted the courier compnay and gave them the weighbill number and there is no record of the parcel, he then told me that apparently the courier company won't be able to pick up anything by the weighbill number, they need a tracking number, according to him the tracking number and the weighbill number is not the same. He assured me that he would phone around and try to get some feedback for me, it never happened! I phoned the dealership again at 14:55pm I spoke to Andre again and he said he will get a tracking number for me and call me back, i told him this is really starting to **** me off because my paper plates expire on the 05/03/2021 And i dont have my plates, he then gives me the tracking number, guess what, its the same weighbill number I had given him when I called the dealership in the morning, more lies! Then he tells me that I have nothing to worry about, if I get pulled over by the cops and there's a fine, Hyundai will deduct it from shafee's salary, can I really trust this information? He then slipped up and told me that the registration on the vehicle was don't on the 04/03/2021! It is the 07/03/2021 And shafee still hasn't had the decency of contacting me to tell me what's going on. And yet before I purchased the vehicle he promised there would be no hiccups and he would make sure to change my experience when purchasing the yaris from him. Complete peace of mind... I have no peace of mind, just lies lies and more lies!
