Dissapointed is a understatement.

On the 1st of December I received a call from them offering me a Renault duster,at that time I was in the market for 1 so I took the time to listen. The deal was fantastic. When showing interest on the vehicle my phone would not stop ringing. Kept phoning me asking me to sign a contract, at the time I was deciding between 2 vehicles. I gave them all the information on what I was looking for at what I can afford. They gave me a good price on my trade in so I obviously took their deal.

I asked for when the car can be delivered they said maybe Monday the 7th. Wednesday the 9th I finally got the call to fetch my car that they charged me delivery for. None the less I drove 170km to fetch my new vehicle. I get to the dealership at 12h00.i only receive my vehicle at 17h45pm.with no diesel the new car and also never went through a vallet. I then started questioning about the rims being scratched badly and the body being full of scratches. ( don't worry sir we will sort it out for you in a week) still waiting to this day. Iv reported a knock on the steering. They said we will get someone to fetch it (still waiting) Then here comes the fun times. Saturday 12-12-2020 I get a call to please drive to a AA for my car to get C.O.R.. " WE WILL REIMBURSE YOUR DIESEL( STILL WAITING). My 1st permit expired on the 28th of December. I received a new one after numerous complaints to managers and dealer principle on the 5th of January (if not mistaken). That expired now on the 29th of January.

From the 28th of December to today I have been the one phoning the dealership they bought my car from in pmb ( gentlemen named MJ) explaining to him how desperate I am for my disc and plates. He goes out of his way to drop my logbook off at Hillcrest branch.

It's now 02-02-2021 I still have not received my disc or plates never mind a new permit. My car is now being paid for but it is not technically allowed on the road. I work 6-6 I do not have the time to get to the dealership to get things sorted, instead I use more money trying to get assistance from them. They know my story and who I am and I have no shame in doing this after the treatment I have been receiving. I know of a personal friend that is also waiting for his plates and disc that also bought a vehicle from the branch on the 11th of December 2020

The service is disgusting I did not want to be this person to post on here but I just thought maybe I can prevent someone els the dissapointment or these people.

Any suggestions?
