When it comes to applying for a new vehicle,putting through finance,being approved and receiving the new vehicle the process is well and quick however when it comes to customer communication and needing their prompt assistance when you have an issue it is very poor - no feedback or keeping customer informed , you as the customer have to do the chasing for an answer.
