Bad service

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cars

The issue that I have experienced was: I bought a car last year December 2019 at Hyundai Hillcrest everything was fine even though I knew nothing about cars wasn’t given enough information but that’s not the issue, problem started yesterday where I had a punch on my tyre only to find out that I will need to replace it than when I checked my spare tyre I was advised at the Garage that it is a small size and the sales man at Hyundai didn’t advised me of that so now I don’t have a spare tyre because the car is not balanced properly while I order the one that will fit when my boyfriend went to Hyundai to rectify the issue he was told that they will not exchange it because it has already been used the question was raised on how I were suppose to get to them without a tyre because i had to use the spare tyre in order to get to them and when a tyre was about to be exchanged an India guy said I will not get a spare tyre mind you I was not even told about the spare tyre size I had no idea that the sizes are not the same as I was a first time buyer but they treated me like trash because they no longer need me as their customer I would like this to be escalated because I need the right size of the spare tyre should I were informed the time I was buying the I would have understood but now I don’t because I was not even informed

It occurred on: 28/09/2020

This meant that It made me feel frustrated and disrespected at the same time was I not a woman I know the tyre would have been exchanged without any problems but because I know nothing about cars I feel like they are taking an advantage

I would like them to exchange my spare tyre with the same size of my tyre and I would like them to apologize

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
