Very poor service for a large sum of money every month

I am with this company now for 10 months. Hundreds of calls to tha call centre for no sevice. Many technecians visit my property to solve the problem. Still no solution. My account is strictly up to date. Many promises are made by the call centre, technical manager and owner. Still paying for very poor service. I have spend al lot of money on data due to no service and huge sum of money on telephone calls. Is this fair?
