Very rude and no guarantee on products

I purchased two rechargeable garage door motor batteries from these clowns, paid full retail even though I am in the trade, however to save time I went there. One of the batteries upon installation gave me an error on the system indicating a low charge. I took the faulty battery back and was very rudely told that they do not guarantee the products and as soon as I walk out the door with it then I cannot bring it back.<br> <br> I will not recommend any customers to them ever again and will be taking this up with the consumer protection council, just on principle.
