Rude owner/unprofessional service

Today 29/05/2020 is the last HIG security wil ever see me or any of my subcontractors business. We got them to install a garage motor and since installation it has not worked properly. Story after story they let me drive up and down and won’t send a technician out without payment. The sales lady told me that installation warranty is 6 months. I eventually took the batteries to them today and they claim that the solar system cause the batteries to fail The AROGANT owner Kobus called me and would not give me a chance to speak. I eventually told him I will go to his shop to speak to him and he’s reply was ( kom ek sal jou blik..m). I went to his shop and on arrival he said to me and my worker( oh you brought back up) and he yet again would not let me speak and told me to take my batteries and go as I am a young boy as he would call it. He refuses to assist my company with our complaint. I will not recommend anyone to ever go to he’s shop if that is the way they treat their customers. I have never dealt with a company that try to get out of a warranty like they do.
