No after sales service, false advertising, ********

Two alarm sensor units with batteries, amongst other items, bought on the 25th February 2019. The units do not work, very narrow field of view and very limited range. Advertised 110 degrees, more like 10 degrees. Today phoned Hig and the lady Jeannie Els said I must bring the unit in for testing. Unit was tested, was not working after many attempts. Eventually she found a specific spot where the sensor would pick up movement at around 5m. A very limited field of view of what I would estimate of 10 degrees.

Upon request of a refund, I was denied. Asked to speak to owner, denied. Told to send email, but the owner will tell me the same thing. Was told that I should have take the other option of R3000. So glad I didn't. What a bunch of ************! BEWARE, DO NOT buy anything from these people.

I regret not coming to hello peter to check reviews about this company, I would have never gone to them in the first place.

I have opened a case with the Consumer protection ombudsman.
