No after sales customer care or guarantee on products

<p>Bought 2 garage motor form HIG security. One has been giving problems from date of installation. They use freelance installers and that they make appaointments with and then never show at my house. I have spend in total over a week in the past month waiting for thethem and then they never show. When they do show and fix something its always a lame excuse and you end up apying more. Now I am being told that they came out 5 times for this motor and will have to pay R550 a call out going forward. For there fualty mortor and instalation that did not work from day one.</p> <p>They also worked on my Centurion D5 gate motr. I spend thousnads on my gate motor to the point that I have paid = to a new one. Only then do they say I need to replace the gearbox at R2500. Could the installer not have released this in the 3 repairs days before this?? I then got a defrent company to come and install a new motor.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now Kobus try and intimidate my wife with his rude emails. I had enough of them.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are a bunch of clowns and I suggest to rather use someone with their own team of installers whom are not only out to ***** you for as much as possible to the point that you go and buy new motors at a respectable company.</p>
