HIG security shop Fixing electric garage door

On 27 Nov we called HIG security shop in Boksburg to fix a garage door that opens by itself after you closed it with the remote. After a callout fee of R600 they looked at it and they left with the door left open. When we spoke to them again they said they will come back on 28 Nov. at 09:00. They charged another callout fee of R600 for the 25 km distance and only arrive at 12:00 after we had to call them again. They spent 15 minutes putting in two weights and something like Q10. They charged another R450. Total bill R1800 for 15 min work and two weights. Unbelievable to overcharge for a small job. I will never recommend them.
