HIG BOKSBURG IS THE WORST AND : Jeannie Els their Employee as well as their Technician(Khululekile Magcobela) doesn't keep to his promise.

I Got a technician( Khululekile Magcobela) from them on Monday the 25th of March 2019 at 16h00, he only pitches up at 16h20 - Starts his evaluation and diagnosis. To only find that It's my Power supply, At 16h55 I called the Shop for a new power supply in order for him to install it Only to be told by Jeannie Els that their shop closes in 5min they won't be able to help me . So the Technician, Jeannie Els and Agreed that on the 26 of March 2019 I will come down to the shop and Purchase the Power Supply and the technician(Khululekile Magcobela) confirmed with Myself, Jeannie and her other colleague that the installation will be done after the technician(Khululekile Magcobela) came from his last job in Brakpan that was on the 26th Of March 2019 at 16h30. So My wife and I waited until 20h00 for the technician to comer and install the Power Supply? Only to find out on the 27 of March 2019 at 10H20 from Jeannie Els that it will cost me another day of "call out fee" if the technician(Khululekile Magcobela) had to come again on the 27 of March 2019. I informed HIG and Jeannie Els that I will not pay a call out fee because they broke the arrangements and never pitched.
