Dishonest, unfair and ********s

<p>I bought an External receiver and 2remotes and also paid for labor for my garage door from HIG security shop. EFT Payment done for full amount of R1100.00 for service to be rendered on the 07/02/17. Madelyn from the branch promised to call and confirm the time the next morning which she never did until I phoned to check with her just after 13:30 07/02/17, she then again promise to inform me as soon as her guys were done at the job they were busy with in Kempton park which she also failed to do and only phoned me once they were by my house at 14:47 and again after 5/10mins. My daughter 11yrs spoke to 1 of the 3guys who showed up in a plain white Isuzu van and opened up the garage for them to start working which they didn’t and decided to drive away. They claim they’ve waited for over 30mins outside my house which means they left the house just after 15:30 however by 15:25 my younger sister 18yrs was already at house then.</p> <p> I phoned Madelyn this morning 08/02/17 and she confirmed her guys told her there was no one to open up for them, I explained to her what had happen for her to verify the story with the guys, she came back and told me they were coming once they were done with the current job in Soweto. All of a sudden I receive an sms at 13:12 stating I now have to pay for another call out fee as these guys have to come back. She’s stating she misunderstood and now changing the statement to the details I’ve given which was not what she told me earlier on.</p> <p> I have requested for my full refund since they are not loyal and fair however they are denying me and state they will only refund for the items purchase not for labor. There was no service or labor done I do not see any reason why I should be paying for that. </p>
