Bad service and return policy

I bought a remote at the Shop im Boksburg that did not work on my motor although I showed them a picture of the motor before i bought. I chose this shop as I have been here before and I thought the quality was good. They gave me three days to return two of which was over a weekend but due to me working throughout the week I could only return on the six day and they charged me a 20% handling fee for returning after 3 days before giving me a refund. The lady I spoke to was also extremely rude and sarcastic to me to the point where I did lose my temper. I will not recommend the shop you’re better off using a better bigger shop like security city where you actually have recall!
