Bad attitude, Problems with returns, Rude like a ***

Bought some security parts from this clowns shop on a Saturday just before closing in an emergency. Two parts were not used and boxes never opened. Called on Monday to request return of parts for refund as on their slip it claims no returns or refunds. Was told by lady to bring them back. After sending someone all the way back there is when any good service stopped as ***head owner was there refusing any returns claiming parts was used to test the security system. He was extremely rude to my female client. So I called him on Tuesday and he rudely claimed the same. I told him I will keep the items rater for resale and spread the news of his bad service and lack of respect to clients. I do not know how such fool can be in business so long. Based on the complaints here there seems to be a common trend.
