arrogance at its best

Take note when buying from HIG security shop in boksburg,JACO takes customers for granted.know that when you experience problems with your merchandise or if it breaks after 2 months like mine, know the sales rep will fix your product not qualified technicians so says JACO.when I ask for a written report he has the guards to tell me that "I think I'm a big short" & I must buy somewere else as if he was doing me a favour.when I tell him I'm going to report him to their head office he proudly said he is the manager & that's family business.he told me that my DVR is at the factory after a week but when I question him further after 2 hours later he tells me they have received it from the factory.such arrogance
