After sales poor

<p>I bought 8 cameras, got an installer and he installed it. That night one of the cams is completely black. IR not working. So i took it back and they refused to replace it. So i had to buy another one. That one worked fine at night. Yesterday it rained and one of the cames got all misted up showing that it leaks and it is a outside camara. So i phoned and was told i must bring it in. Now its going to cost me again R500 call out fee to have that camara removed. I will clearly never use this company again as faulty products is the clients problem. </p>
