UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WHO IS TAKEN FOR GRANTED

I bought a playstation4 from the abovementioned company on 15th July 2020. On the 17th July I called to ask if I can return it and get a refund. A guy by the name of Brian said I must first get the PlayStation and return it without opening. I received it on Monday, 20/07/20, and I took it to Collonade Vodacom4U shop with Brian's advice. Since then I have been struggling to get my refund and even when I ask that they rather give me my PlayStation back, my request is not taken seriously. It is now over 14 days since I returned the thing. He as been telling me it is a PAyfast problem but when I call Payfast they tell me they have already transferred the money into Hicell Cellular. Brian is very rude and disrespectful in a polite way. He does not return calls and does not even care to follow-up. I am taking the to the media, I want to make them famous!!!
