Silly company mistakes

I've been dealing with a guy that I met at Melrose arch cellucity and he moved to East gate hicell and the Glen hicell named Kyle cox and for past 3 year the company has received the best service ever and getting the best deals ever from him for the 70+ lines we renew every year. I recently spoke to him to do our upgrades and found out that the company dismissed him for a silly reason that was so stupid of the company. Hicell lost a good staff member that knew how to keep his customers happy so to bad we will take our business back to cellucity.
