Never have stock

I went to vodacom east rand mall on20 october 2017 wich is a friday to upgrade and then added a apple watch to my package amd was promised ill have it the following tuesday. Then i went back and was told Quintin is orginising everything ok so he has been doing it for 2 weeks now.

The date today is 05 november 2017 still no watch their excuse is we dont have stock non of the hicell stores have stock. I then called vodaworld and wow they have stock so why the F$&@ can’t they get it from them i mean really
