Ula Raft - Black/Shade Red & Adventure Moc I + - Black

This is the most pathetic service I have received in a very long time!

I placed two(2) orders one day apart (17 and 18 November). When I received the order confirmation, it clearly stated (on both orders) that "The order will be delivered between 3 to 7 working days (area dependant)." It has now been two(2) weeks (ten working days) and I am still waiting for my second order (the first order was only received after 8 days, several phone calls attempts and an email). Contacting the call centre doesn't help as nobody is answering the call and I had to hold for a minimum of five(5) minutes with every call I made. I had to send an email again today.

When searching the waybill number (which was only provided to me after the first email was sent) on the courier's website(s), it responded that it cannot locate the specific waybill number.

When I read through other reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Clearly the company doesn't want to attend to and fix the problem which leaves me no choice but to make use of another company in future, even if it means paying more.

If there was a "No Star" rating option, it will still be too good for this company.
