Speedy reaction

I bought a pair of shoes from Hi-Tech and had problems with the shoelaces. I reported it to make Hi-Tech aware of the problem seeing that it is my favourite shoe company. The reaction was overwhelming and much more than I expected. Thank you Hi-Tech for being one of only a few companies that deliver such good service.
