Shipping problems
I bought a kid sandal on the hi-tec online shop and I got an sms and a link on the 18th of December that my order has been delivered and I haven't received anything. I spoke to Rudi who promised to get back to me as soon as he gets information from the shipping company. It's been 2 days now without any feedback and when I send an email, I no longer get a reply
