I had a pair of defective shoes that I had bought a year ago at the Hi-Tec branch in Montague Gardens. My shoes were replaced, thank you, but the attitude and the professionalism of the sales personnel, Brent and Mandy is what made this branch special and keeps me as a future supporter of the brand as well as a future customer of their branch.
