RUDI THE MAGIC CUSTOMER MAN AT HI- TEC

Rudi came back to me after I returned some shoes which were too tight for my husband. He was polite, gave me time, and gave me bank details, which were not included when I had to pay in R200 for another pair. So whoever is writing the, " we will send you the new shoes" should include bank details. Rudi gave me everything I needed including bank details and the order number *** which I no longer had.

He is an asset in customer care, always settling down details we as the customer have long forgotten.
