RELIABLE, COMPETENT, FRIENDLY, TURN AROUND TIME ON POINT!!

I've ordered a pair of takkies from Hi-Tec online, I received within 2 days, it was bigger than my usual UK size, so i go to the link for returns and exchanges, not long I received a email from Hi-Tec Customer Care, they will collect it etc. I received my smaller size within 3 days after logging it. I am super impressed!!!! From the online service to the courier to the collection, warehouse & Hi-Tec Customer Care ( Rudi) you rock!! I am so amazed, you were super friendly, and assured me & explained how the process works, and actually responding to my email!!!! Keep up the good work. To the Hi-Tec team you guys deserve a medal, iv lost all hope in online orders etc, but you guys proved me wrong, so so impressed. A huge thank you, and Rudi you are amazing, awesome service.
