Quality of hiking boots

My first pair of Hi-Tec boots lasted me nearly 20 years. In 2020 we've bought 3 pairs, mine the Altitude V Ultra i WP Womans and and I've used it for 3 years during the winter months. Both shoes on the inner seam is loose and the right foot on outside the glue came loose. These boots are on the top range price wise. I am very very disappointed in latest quality. I cannot afford to buy another pair because I'm a pensioner. Can someone at Hi-Tec explain to me why the quality difference?
