Poor service and short product delivery

I bought cycling shoes online at hi tec, their service is very pathetic, there was no communication on the progress of my order I then had to call them myself to do a follow up, and I am very much disappointed with their product, their cycling shoes didn't come with cleats and that is very strange to me how possible it doesn't come with cleats because with all other suppliers of cycling shoes there product comes with cleats. And above that I contacted them to inform them that their shoes didn't come with cleats and Martin said he will investigate and get back to me but he didn't, I then had to call him after 2 days waiting for his response and he just told me about hearsay from his colleague who bought other cycling shoes with them that his shoes didn't come with it, I am so annoyed about their services in overall, they have treated me very unfair. Hi Tec is one of those shops I can not refer to any one.
