Poor quality shoes

I'd like to lodge a complaint. I am a very disappointed customer. I purchased a pair of Womens Hi-Tec Conan Grey Trail Running Shoes WMNS HI TEC CONAN 2 BLACK/BLUEHi Tec, Qty 1, Size 6, Black online and it was delivered on 01 April 2025, order - B***4-01 and it has a tear in less than a month. This is ridiculous! I hereby request an exchange for a new pair of takkies, or to be refunded.
