Poor hi tec quality at Rudis shoes gezina

I bought a pair of hi tec ula sandals from Rudi shoes in Gezina and the pair is defective it keeps getting loose on the sides where it it's joined on the sides I took it back this morning to see what they could do or maybe get it replaced they told me they can't exchange it because they need to see what's wrong first after I showed them what's wrong I even phoned hi tec and they can't assist me because it wasnt bought from their shoe store outlet and to make things worse the lady at the shoe store where I bought them told me she needs to phone head office to see what they can do so she said I must leave the shoes there this was at 10 am this morning then she phoned me at 12 to come in so I went there and told me they can't do anything for me and she was rude when I got the shoes back they just glued it back in place I'm really disappointed won't recommend to buy at Rudis shoes Gezina
