Items not delivered - bad service

I bought some shoes from HI-Tec on the 28th of Nov 2019. When I go the delivery on the 3rd of December, I realised that one pair was missing and one pair was for the wrong size. I immediately sent a mail to query why the pair was missig and arrange for replacement of the incorrect size item. I initially got told that they might be out of stock. Then I got a call on the 9th of December confirming that they have stock and the items will be sent and delivered. I have queries this with another 2 follow up mails as I have not heard anything since. To my surprise I got a automate dmail indictaing that the offices is closed until 06/01/2019? This is not acceptable at all as all of these shoes are supposed to be Christmas presents - I can not give it out after the 6th!!!! I must say I am very disappointed and will NEVER do any business with you again!!!! I want a full refund or I WILL take legal action.
