Hiking boots

Got a pair of hi-tech hiking boots paid well over R1300 for them and thought it would be good quality, but within a year its falling appart. I must say I am very disappointed I thought Hi-tech was good quality but I was wrong. I called them with in 6 months and said it was peeling but they said I must drive all the way to Stellenboch and I told them I got it in Somerset west cant i take it to the place I bought it and they said no, must say very very bad service I hand from them wont recommend Hi -Tech.

Must say thank you to Chris and Hi-tec Montague Gardens, after I wrote on Hellopeter Chris called me 1st thing Monday morning. I must say after he explained everything to me and still went out of his way to help me I could see that Hi-tec actually cares about their customers. I take my anger back thanks to the way he helped me. The shop in Montague Garden also had a nice atmosphere with brilliant well trained staff that made me feel at home. I want to give 5 stars to Chris and the Montague Gardens team, well done.
