Hi Tec Tygervalley- Bad Service- No customer skills.

I am shocked by the poor service we received from this branch. I suprised my husband with the "buy two and get one pair of shoes free" special. We went in on the Saturday to fit on shoes. My husband asked to keep one pair aside( I got the other two pairs as a suprise). The next Wednesday I went in to get all and his "kept aside pair" was "misplaced". Anyway, pair found, I asked for two other shoes in same size to complete special. All in size 12. Got all..paid and left. When my husband received his suprise he wanted to fit all. We realized a pair 11 was placed in a size 12 box. Obviously didn't fit. Went in the next day to exchange- they didn't have a pair🤔 we were told they will order in a pair and we can collect Monday. So this morning I went in at 11pm just to be told the shoe isn't there yet and it will only arrive between 1pm and 2pm. I was upset because they specifically took our contact details so why couldn't they just have let us know as no specific time was given prior. Anyway...went back at 3pm just to find out when doing the swop that they ordered the WRONG shoe. I was fuming. They told me they'll have to order again and i can collect Wednesday or i must go collect myself at Kuilsrivier branch. So for the 5th time i was on my way to collect myself for all the faults THEY made. The manager and staff at the Hitech in Tygervalley are VERY unorganized and unprofessional. I will never support their branch again. Thank you to Kuilsrivier branch that sorted all out within 10minutes
