Hi-tec sparks with their service

I bough a pair of tekkies from Edgars in May 2026, it developed a tear on the right shoe and I contacted Hi-Tec to see what they could do for me.I was pleasantly surprised by Hi-Tec quick turnaround, Rudi in customer services answered me withing (yes, really!) and asked for some detail and shortly after the replacement was authorized under warranty. I went to the store at Hillfox and Bulelwa helped me quickly in getting a new pair. Truly impressed- thank you so much!
