Hi-Tec shoes - Bad Quality
I received a pair of Hi Tec Hiking boots as a gift, the size was a size 5 however the fit is the size of a size 4 if not smaller, this is most disappointing as it was a gift and I now cannot return the boots. Is there anyway Hi Tec can assist. Hi Tec has always been a good brand but it seems that the quality is really degraded

Truly amazing!!!! I so appreciate it!! Thank you, Hi-Tec and Rudi, for always answering my emails immediately and going out your way to replace my boots at NO COST!!!!
