Hi-Tec reject takkies

I purchased a pair of Warrior takkies from your factory shop in East London. I had the takkies for approximately 3-4 months during the lock down and had hardly worn them and they started to split on the join. I went back to the shop and after having an argument with the sales person they agreed that they would exchange them for me because it was withing the 6 months of purchase. They exchanged them for another pair for me but withing 2 months these takkies have started to split and the glue is pulling away from the souls. This specific takkie must be a reject and has started to put me off of your brand. Can someone please get back to me as this product is a obvious fail and I cannot see myself going back to the store and having another argument with the salesman
